Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. After giving up her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. The Pro Card was granted a year later, at 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions after quitting her childhood career in gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a six-year break from the stage after earning Pro-Card to finish her college studies. Her return to competition in 2015 continued previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after her initial show for several years, aiming for bigger and better targets each year. At the end 2009 she won several fitness awards. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) after she took home at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. After earning her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competing so she could get her college degree. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the competition, she placed third. In June of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel says she was more than proud of the result. Ariel competed with some of the world's skilled athletes. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel likes to focus on her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using the machine and bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before going on to exercises. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. Her routine for back exercises is comprised of 3 or more supersets consisting of 10-12 reps.
